Delete your Socratis account

In the app

1. Open Socratis and go to Profile.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@socratis.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, learning progress, answers, notes and session history. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

What is kept

Documents you uploaded that became shared course material stay, with your name removed from them.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first. A subscription made on our website is cancelled when the account is deleted.
